Randy has been building custom homes for clients since 1999, when A Place Called Home Construction Company, INC was founded.

Randy has build several estate homes on acerage and on subdivision lots. Randy will take time to meet with each client and discuss options for the customer to pick from. Some builders are limited to building just a few plans, not Randy.

Randy has often built homes from client plans that were drawn just for that client and specific site. This is a true custom home.

Randy is also the person who over sees all phases of construction, from initial meetings with client, through construciton, all the way to handing the keys to the client at close. This helps to control quality of project in all phases, in addition to confusion or miscommunication.
